General
Every calculator on DailyCalc gives an estimate based on the formula and inputs shown on the page. We cite our sources and test our code, but we cannot guarantee that a result is right for your situation. Use results as a guide, not as the final word.
Health and fitness calculators
Tools such as the BMI, calorie, body fat and due date calculators use formulas from health organisations and published research. They are screening and planning aids for adults unless a page says otherwise. They are not medical advice and cannot diagnose or treat any condition. Individual factors such as age, pregnancy, muscle mass, ethnicity and medical history can make a general formula inaccurate for you.
Talk to a doctor, registered dietitian or other qualified health professional before changing your diet, exercise or treatment. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
Financial calculators
Loan, mortgage, interest, investment and tax calculators show estimates for education and planning. They are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and they are not an offer of credit. Lenders may calculate interest, fees and rounding differently, investment returns are never guaranteed, and tax rules change. Confirm figures with your lender, bank, tax authority or a qualified adviser before making a decision.
Reference data from third parties
Some tools use public reference data, such as daily exchange rates. This data is provided for information only, may be delayed, and is not a quote you can trade at. Each page shows the source and when the data was last updated.
